Duo Casares-Lendle

The Duo Casares/Lendle exists since 1983. Allthough his repertoire also includes works of the german romantic era (Schubert, Weber etc.) and contemporary original songs for voice and guitar (Britten, Erding, Musgrave etc.) the main weight of the repertoire however lies on the Ibero/Latin classical Liedoeuvre!

Bertha Casares-LendleThis is in so far of special interest for our geografic region, because on the one hand great part of this wonderfull literature is allmost unknown here and becomes rarely performed and on the other hand, because this music, beyond the spanish or portuguese words, being influenced by the folklore and having preserved a universal under-standing, allways succeeds in reaching the listeners instantly.
